Due to the perishable nature of food and the streamlined nature of our order processing, GoVindu does not offer cancellations or refunds on any orders once placed.

In exceptional circumstances, such as an error on our part with your order, GoVindu may consider offering a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
